Terms & Conditions – AFIA Marketplace

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AFIA (the “Platform”), including browsing, creating an account, placing orders, applying to sell, and interacting with sellers. By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Definitions

  • “AFIA,” “we,” “us,” “our” refers to the operator of https://devtestdomen.space.

  • “User,” “you” refers to any visitor, customer, or seller using the Platform.

  • “Seller” refers to an independent vendor approved to list and sell products on AFIA.

  • “Listing” refers to any product page or offer presented on the Platform.

  • “Order” refers to a purchase made through the Platform.

2. Marketplace Role

AFIA operates a marketplace platform that connects customers with independent sellers. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, AFIA is not the seller of record for products listed by sellers. Sellers are responsible for their listings, product information, and fulfillment.

AFIA may provide platform-level support, policies, and review processes to maintain marketplace standards.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You may use the Platform only if you can form a binding contract under applicable law.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate account information

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • All activity that occurs under your account

We may suspend or restrict accounts to protect the Platform, users, or to enforce these Terms.

4. Halal-Only Marketplace Standard

AFIA is a halal-only marketplace. Products that are not halal-compliant are not permitted to be listed or sold on the Platform.

AFIA reviews sellers and products as part of its standards process; however, customers should always review product details before purchase and contact support with questions.

5. Orders, Checkout, and Payments

When you place an order, you agree to pay the total amount shown at checkout, including applicable taxes and shipping charges (if any).

Payment processing is handled through third-party payment providers. AFIA does not guarantee that all payment methods will be available at all times.

6. Shipping, Delivery, and Tracking

Shipping and delivery timelines can vary by seller and destination. Tracking information is provided when available.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Disputes

Return and refund eligibility is governed by AFIA’s returns policy and any applicable seller requirements communicated on the Platform.

If a dispute arises, users agree to cooperate in good faith with AFIA and/or the seller to resolve it.

8. Product Listings and Content

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their listings. Users agree not to post, upload, or submit content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, or otherwise harmful.

AFIA may remove or restrict content or listings that violate these Terms or marketplace standards.

9. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Platform to:

  • Violate laws or regulations

  • Submit fraudulent orders or payment activity

  • Attempt to exploit, harm, or disrupt the Platform or other users

  • Upload malware, spam, or abusive content

  • Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights

We may restrict access or remove accounts for prohibited activity.

10. Intellectual Property

AFIA and its branding, design elements, logos, and platform content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use AFIA materials without permission, except as allowed by law.

Sellers must respect third-party intellectual property and only list products they are authorized to sell.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

The Platform may include services or links provided by third parties (including payment processors and shipping carriers). Your use of third-party services may be governed by their separate terms and policies. AFIA is not responsible for third-party services outside the Platform.

12. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the maximum extent permitted by law. AFIA does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that all listings will meet every user’s expectations.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AFIA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform.

To the extent permitted by law, AFIA’s total liability for any claim related to the Platform will not exceed the amount you paid to AFIA (if any) for the relevant transaction giving rise to the claim.

(Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these may not apply to you.)

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AFIA from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, marketplace standards, or if needed to protect users or the Platform.

You may stop using the Platform at any time.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms and revise the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
