  • Products from other brands only if they are legally authorized to do so

If You Do Not Own the Brand:

You must:

  • Be an authorized reseller, retailer, or distributor

  • Provide proof of authorization or authenticity if requested

AFIA does not allow:

  • Counterfeit or replica products

  • Unauthorized resale of branded goods

  • Arbitrage, personal resale, or sourcing from informal marketplaces

AFIA reserves the right to request documentation at any time to verify brand authorization.

All listings must:

  • Accurately represent the product

  • Use clear descriptions and images

  • Reflect the actual condition, size, and features of the item

Misleading listings, false claims, or deceptive pricing practices are not permitted.

AFIA prioritizes sellers who offer consistent and reliable availability.

To maintain a high-quality marketplace:

  • Products should be available for ongoing sale

  • One-off or single-quantity resale listings are generally not approved

  • Sellers should be able to restock items within a reasonable timeframe

Limited or seasonal products may be approved on a case-by-case basis with clear disclosure.

AFIA may request additional details to confirm supply consistency, especially for branded or high-demand products.

Sellers must:

  • Set fair and transparent prices

  • Clearly communicate any fees, taxes, or shipping costs

  • Avoid deceptive discounts or inflated pricing

Price manipulation or misleading promotions are not allowed.

AFIA promotes responsible trade and ethical business practices.

Products must:

  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations

  • Avoid prohibited, harmful, or unethical items

  • Be honestly represented in terms of origin, ingredients, or materials

Sellers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.

Sellers are expected to:

  • Communicate respectfully with customers

  • Fulfill orders within stated timelines

  • Handle returns, issues, and disputes professionally

Poor conduct, repeated complaints, or failure to meet obligations may result in review or removal from the platform.

  • All sellers and products are reviewed before approval

  • Approval is not guaranteed

  • AFIA reserves the right to:

    • Request additional information

    • Suspend or remove listings

    • Revoke seller access for guideline violations
