Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted for the following reasons:

  • Item arrived damaged or defective

  • Incorrect item received

  • Item significantly different from its description

Returns are not guaranteed for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size or preference (unless stated by the seller)

  • Minor variations in color, packaging, or presentation

  • Items clearly marked as non-returnable

Return Timeframe

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted

This timeframe allows sufficient inspection while supporting sellers’ fulfillment stability.

Item Condition

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Original packaging must be included

  • Proof of issue (photos or description) may be required

Used, altered, or damaged items (not caused during delivery) may be rejected.

Seller-Specific Return Policies

Some sellers may offer additional return flexibility.

Refunds

If a return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method or store credit

  • Shipping fees may be non-refundable unless the return is due to seller error

  • Refunds are processed after the seller receives and inspects the returned item

Return Shipping

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to seller error or a defective item

  • Sellers may provide return instructions once a request is approved
