Return Eligibility
Returns may be accepted for the following reasons:
Item arrived damaged or defective
Incorrect item received
Item significantly different from its description
Returns are not guaranteed for:
Change of mind
Incorrect size or preference (unless stated by the seller)
Minor variations in color, packaging, or presentation
Items clearly marked as non-returnable
Return Timeframe
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted
This timeframe allows sufficient inspection while supporting sellers’ fulfillment stability.
Item Condition
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused and in original condition
Original packaging must be included
Proof of issue (photos or description) may be required
Used, altered, or damaged items (not caused during delivery) may be rejected.

Refunds
If a return is approved:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method or store credit
Shipping fees may be non-refundable unless the return is due to seller error
Refunds are processed after the seller receives and inspects the returned item

Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to seller error or a defective item
Sellers may provide return instructions once a request is approved
